What we collect

The only personal information we collect is your email address, and only when you voluntarily submit it to receive payment date reminders. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the basic profile associated with your Google account (name and email) solely to identify your subscription.

We never ask for — and you should never send us — your Social Security number, bank account details, or benefit information.

How we use your email

  • To send you a reminder email before each Social Security payment date.
  • To send you a one-time welcome email confirming your subscription.
  • To verify that the address is real and deliverable at signup.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the service:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, database, and authentication.
  • Resend — email delivery.
  • Emailable — one-time verification that your address is deliverable.

These providers process your email address only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via Firebase) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited and general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we delete it from our database.

Unsubscribing

Reply to any of our emails with the word UNSUBSCRIBE, or write to us through the contact page, and we will remove your address.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the contact page. We respond to all requests.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
