What we do

SSTracker sends a short, free email reminder the day before every Social Security payment date — retirement, survivors, disability (SSDI), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Millions of beneficiaries plan their month around these payments; our goal is that the arrival date never catches you by surprise.

Where our data comes from

Every date we publish and every reminder we send is calculated from the official Social Security Administration payment calendar, including the birthday-based Wednesday schedule and adjustments for weekends and federal holidays. Benefit amounts come from the official SSA cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) fact sheets.

What we are not

SSTracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any government agency. We never ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or any personal information beyond an email address. For anything related to your specific benefits, contact the SSA directly at ssa.gov or 1-800-772-1213.

How we sustain the service

The service is completely free: no credit card, no paid tier, no selling of your data. You can unsubscribe at any time and we delete your address.
